Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 125 g shrimp (s), cooked, peeled
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 romaine lettuce (lettuce heart)

For the dressing:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (salad)
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s), juice it
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed
  • Olive oil, about half an espresso cup

Instructions

  1. For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in the salad bowl with a fork or whisk.
  2. Halve, core, and peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix directly with the dressing so that it doesn`t turn brown. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add. Mix in the prawns as well. Pick up the romaine lettuce, wash well, drain and fold into the salad mixture. After soaking it briefly, divide the salad on two plates.
  3. This summer salad is quick to make and tastes delicious with crispy baguette.
