Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 packet baking powder plus /2 teaspoon extra
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 150 g smoked meat, diced
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • some cheese, grated, to sprinkle on

Instructions

  1. Leave the diced smoked meat in a pan and stir it together with all the other ingredients (you can vary the amount of cheese and caraway seeds as you wish). Shape the mixture into small, plum-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the balls with cheese.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. They taste best on the same day and are really quick to prepare.
