Ingredients
- 1 cube fresh yeast or 2 packets dry yeast
- 250 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 250 g wheat flour (whole rain)
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 75 g sesame seeds
- 10 g salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
- 450 ml water, lukewarm

- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
- Mix together whole spelled flour, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and salt.
- Pour yeast water and vinegar into the flour mixture in one go and knead well together, pour the resulting dough into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle the surface with residual grains and press down a little.
- Place in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° O-U heat for about 60 minutes.
- Take the bread out of the loaf pan, put it back in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes with the remaining heat of the oven on display.
- Let cool down.
- Sunflower seeds and sesame seeds can be exchanged for other seeds of the same consistency and volume.
