Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral if possible
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
- 8 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy

- Mix the oil, maple syrup and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the oatmeal and mix everything until the maple syrup-oil mixture completely covers the oatmeal. Spread out flat on a plate or on a heat-stable, microwave-safe surface and let it turn golden brown in the microwave at 800 watts for 3.5-4 minutes. In the end, be very careful because it quickly turns from golden brown to burnt! Stop and check every 15-30 seconds. The oat flakes should really turn golden brown, otherwise the muesli won`t get crispy.
- Then let it cool down. Only then will the muesli become crispy. Takes about 5-10 minutes. Remove from the plate and then the muesli is ready to eat.
- You can also exchange part of the oat flakes for coconut flakes, nuts, almonds, flax seeds, etc. Or you can also use other spices, e.g. add vanilla or a little cocoa powder.
