Ingredients
- 500 g halibut
- 1 can coconut milk, 400 ml
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled black pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon, heaped coriander powder
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder

- Put the coconut milk in a large pan or saucepan. Cut the halibut fillet into pieces and add it as well. Chop the spring onions and add them together with the spices. Bring everything to a simmer and then simmer gently for 7 minutes over a low heat.
- Simply serve bread with it.
- Tip: you can vary with the spices. A little lemon juice, if available, also goes well.
