- 250 ml milk, low-fat
- 125 g honey
- 125 g cane suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pack aroma (Citro - Back)
- 1 packet aroma (orange - baking)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 250 g flour
- Fat for the shape

- With the exception of the flour, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently until the honey is liquid. Then stir in the flour.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
