- 1 kg potatoes, waxy
- 2 leeks or leeks
- 300 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly garlic, pressed

- Peel the potatoes, cut the leek into rings.
- Put the potatoes in the salted water and bring to the boil. Add the leek about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and let it simmer. Drain the potatoes through a fine sieve (otherwise the leek will slip away). Stir in the sour cream and season well with the spices.
- The quantities relate to a main course (but also tastes delicious as a side dish to, for example, pan-fried foods)
