- 1 small Can (s) tangerine
- 1 small Can / s pineapple
- 1 leek
- 1 small Glass celery, sliced
- 1 apple
- 0.5 ½ glass Miracel Whip
- cream

- All ingredients (from cans and jars) must drain well. In the meantime, the leek is washed well and then cut into small rings, the apple into small cubes.
