Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, lare, fresh
  • 4 small spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste with basil
  • some pepper
  • some smoked salt
  • possibly herbs, fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse, clean and thinly slice the mushrooms and spring onions.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the spring onions and mushrooms to the pan. Fry on a not too high heat. Turn occasionally. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the remaining ingredients and stir in briefly. Taste and enjoy.
