Ingredients
- 2 onion (s), chopped
- 60 g butter
- 500 g mushrooms or other mushrooms, diced
- 30 grams flour
- 500 ml milk
- 375 ml vegetable stock

- Sweat the onions in the butter. Add the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the flour for 1 minute. Pour in the milk and stock and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
- You can also use other mushrooms (chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, etc.) or a mixture of mushrooms.
