Ingredients

  • 500 g potato noodles, fresh, from the refrierated shelf
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, cut the peppers into small pieces, cut the zucchini into slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add potato noodles, paprika and zucchini and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fry for about 7 minutes until the potato noodles turn brown. Then add the tomatoes and let everything stand for another 3 minutes.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
