- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Wash the rocket and spin dry.
- Rub a salad bowl with the clove of garlic. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes and add to the bowl. Add the rocket to the bowl.
- In a shaking beaker, shake the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar until smooth.
- Then pour the dressing over the salad, mix everything well and serve immediately.
- Tastes great with grilled food or just bread or rolls.
