Instructions

  1. Quark and custard are mixed with the juice of the mandarins until they are creamy. Then you carefully fold in the fruits (you might want to keep some for decoration). Decorate if necessary and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  2. Also tastes very tasty with other canned fruits or simply with multivitamin juice (100-150 ml). By duplicating the ingredients, it is a great dessert for many people.
  3. Due to the low percentage of fat in the low-fat quark, the recipe is also quite low in fat despite the cream pudding.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
