Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For the filling:

  • 2 small can Mandarine (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 packs custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 3 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough, leave to rest in a cool place for 1/2 hour. Press the dough into a 26 or 28 springform pan, pulling up one edge.
  2. Preheat the oven to approx. 175 degrees.
  3. Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet, stir in the sour cream, carefully fold in the drained mandarins, immediately place in the springform pan on top of the dough and smooth out.
  4. Bake the cake at 175 degrees for approx. 1 - 1.25 hours, leave to cool in the mold.

  6. Also tastes delicious with other fruits, e.g., diced canned peaches.
