  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and zest
  • much sugar
  • 200 ml cream (single cream)
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Rasp off the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix the zest and juice with the low-fat quark. Stir in a lot of sugar, refine with the single cream. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully.
