- 1 tube tomato paste
- 125 g butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tomato (s)
- 4 mozzarella
- 1 bunch basil
- pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- 1 flatbread (s)

- Chop tomato paste, garlic, 10 basil leaves and mix (I mix everything in the Magic Butler, melting the butter in the microwave beforehand).
- Cut the flatbread. Brush both halves with the tomato paste mixture. Spread the tomatoes in slices on the tomato paste and place a little herb salt, a sheet of basil and a slice of mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. Bake at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 5-10 minutes.
