- 6 medium tomato (s)
- 2 mozzarella
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- 2 tablespoon capers, pickled mildly spicy
- herbs Provence
- salt
- Spice mix, (tomato spice)

- Dice tomatoes and mozzarella and place in a bowl. Season with salt, herbs and tomato spices.
- Drain the tuna and add to the bowl, cut up. Mix carefully.
- Finally, distribute the capers on top.
- A fresh ciabatta bread goes well with it.
