Ingredients
- 250 g tortellini, with meat fillin
- Miracel Whip, 3/4 a glass
- 1 small can Mandarine (s) - oranges (or pineapple / cocktail fruits)
- 1 pack ham, cooked (5-8 slices)
- 1 teaspoon curry

- Cook the tortellini in salted water for approx. 20 minutes and allow to cool.
- Drain the tangerines and collect the juice.
- Mix Miracel Whip with 3/4 tangerine juice and curry well. Cut the ham into small cubes. Then fold in the tortellini, then the cooked ham cubes and finally the mandarins.
- I always prepare the salad the day before, because we like it even better when it is pulled through.
