Ingredients
- 2 pt tortellini
- 1 small Glass Miracel Whip
- 1 glass salad (puszta)
- 200 g ham (cooked ham)
- 200 g cheese (Edam or Gouda)
- 1 cube broth, fat
- salt and pepper
- tomato ketchup

- Cook the tortellini in a rich broth and allow to cool. Mix the Miracel Whip, Puszta salad, chopped ham and cheese together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and ketchup. Add cold tortellini, stir and let steep in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. If necessary, season again.
