Ingredients
- 400 g tortellini
- 300 g mozzarella, diced
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch basil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 pinch sugar
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Black pepper

- Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool. Then halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the spring onions into rings. Prepare the rest of the dressing, mix with the cherry tomatoes, tortellini and spring onions and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Fresh baguette goes best with it.
