Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 300 g whole wheat flour, freshly round
- 8 tablespoon milk, low-fat
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
Also:
- 2 tablespoon condensed milk or 1 egg
- kernels (sunflower seeds, linseed, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds)

- Put the ingredients for the dough (except flour and baking powder) in a mixing bowl and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead in - if the dough is too firm, stir in a little milk if necessary.
- Immediately divide the dough into 8 parts and form rolls from them. Brush the rolls with canned milk or egg and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame, pumpkin seeds or caraway seeds.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
