Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 300 g whole wheat flour, freshly round
  • 8 tablespoon milk, low-fat
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Also:

  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk or 1 egg
  • kernels (sunflower seeds, linseed, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients for the dough (except flour and baking powder) in a mixing bowl and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead in - if the dough is too firm, stir in a little milk if necessary.
  2. Immediately divide the dough into 8 parts and form rolls from them. Brush the rolls with canned milk or egg and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame, pumpkin seeds or caraway seeds.
