Ingredients

  • 50 g quinoa
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g fruits, e.. strawberries, mano, blueberries, weihed and prepared
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup, more if you like
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mint leaves, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the quinoa in a sieve, rinse thoroughly with hot water to remove the bitter substances, drain well.
  2. Roast until golden brown in a pan without fat, stirring constantly, pour 100 ml of water, add a pinch of salt and cook for about ten minutes. The cooking time is shortened by roasting, try every now and then. Transfer the quinoa to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Prepare a dressing from the lime and orange juice as well as the agave syrup and the mint. Mix the chopped fruits with the quinoa and dressing and season to taste.
