Ingredients

  • 4 large potato (s)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 100 g meat sausae
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 can ½ corn kernels
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • oil
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Cut the peppers into fine strips, dice the meat sausage, coarsely dice the zucchino and finely dice the onions. Peel the tomatoes before dicing.
  2. Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add sausage, onions and vegetables, season with salt, pepper and marjoram, fry for 5-10 minutes. Add the boiled potatoes, corn kernels and sour cream, let it get hot and season to taste again.
  3. Practical tip: The dish also tastes good with pasta instead of potatoes. Instead of the meat sausage, 200 g mushrooms can be used. The vegetables can be varied in almost any way, root parsley and carrots are good substitutes for summer vegetables in winter and spring.
