Instructions

  1. Finely dice the vegetables. Put in a saucepan. Add salted water until the vegetables are just covered. Add Ras el Hanout and possibly vegetable stock. Let simmer in the pressure cooker for approx. 4 minutes after the steaming up. Season to taste and serve.
