  • 300 g apples, peeled
  • 300 g orane juice, (direct juice)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch orange peel flavor (finesse)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch ginger, optional
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and apples, then puree them finely. Then add all the ingredients and cook for about 12-15 minutes. Please do a gel test. Pour everything into clean glasses. The jam is very suitable as a small souvenir.
