Ingredients

  • sea-salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, more colorful
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 20 g sorrel
  • 80 g radishes
  • 30 g radish (radish), white
  • 2 avocado (s), ripe
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Grate the parmesan. Clean and quarter the radishes. Peel and finely dice the radi. Wash and chop sorrel. Core the avocados and remove the pulp.
  2. Roughly mix the radishes, radi and 1 tablespoon oil with a hand blender. Remove and set aside.
  3. Now finely puree the sorrel, avocado, cheese, salt, pepper, sambal oelek and the remaining oil with a hand blender. Stir in the radish mixture.
  4. Finally stir in the lemon juice, season to taste and serve.
