Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 200 g Harz cheese
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 150 g natural yourt 1.5% fat
  • 2 tablespoon salad cream
  • Caraway powder
  • Ginger powder
  • Chili powder or chili flakes
  • Spiced pepper or black pepper from the mill
  • salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar as desired

Instructions

  1. Cut the radishes into slices and dice the Harz cheese. Mix both. Mix the yoghurt and the salad cream and season with the spices. The dressing can be a bit spicier. If you like, add a pinch of sugar and add the dressing to the radish and cheese mixture. Mix well and season again if necessary. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Baguette or toasted bread and a cold beer round off the freshness experience perfectly.
  3. Tip: If you like a little more color, you can also add a few spring onions to the salad. Looks delicious and is very fresh and flavorful.
