For the dressing:

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • sugar or honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the radish and radish slices and the spring onion rolls in a bowl.
  2. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients, pour over the vegetables and mix. Season with salt and pepper and let it steep a little.
