Ingredients- 1 bunch radishes with leaves
- 0.5 liter ½ ayran
- 10 g mint, fresh
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ ground cumin

- Separate the radishes and leaves. Wash both thoroughly. Quarter the radishes and then put all the ingredients, including the leaves, in a blender and puree very finely.
- Tip: If you add a few more ice cubes, it is the perfect summer drink without alcohol.
