Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes, washed, cleaned and cut in half
  • 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, roughly chopped
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Put the radishes, spring onions and parsley in the food processor with a cutting knife and chop until they are very small. Take out the knife and put the mixer in. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
