Ingredients

  • 3 bunch radishes
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tablespoon oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. herb vinegar)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Herbs, fresh, such as parsley and chives

Instructions

  1. Separate the radishes from the greens, wash them and cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick.
  2. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Then peel the apple, quarter, core and cut into slices. Put everything together in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the sauce as follows: Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and fresh herbs and then add to the salad.
  4. Tastes even better after pulling a little.
