Ingredients

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 3 slices cooked ham
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup crème fraîche, approx. 50 - 200 g
  • 50 ml milk
  • herbs Provence
  • Salt or fondor
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Separate the radishes from the bunch, wash and cut into slices. Cut the ham into small pieces, place in a salad bowl with the radishes and squeeze in the clove of garlic. Add the crème fraîche and some milk and stir gently. The radishes can go under a bit. Finally, season properly with herbs from Provence and season with salt and a little pepper.
  2. With an oven-fresh pretzel it makes a delicious dinner.
