Ingredients

  • 200 g radish
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g quark
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped fresh
  • 1 onion (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Grate the radish, season with salt and cover in a bowl and let it stand until juice forms. Drain the juice. Add the grated apples.
  2. Mix the quark with the cream, chives and onion, pour over the mixture and serve.
