Ingredients

  • 6 radishes
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 bay leaf, fresh if possible

Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the radishes, wash and cut in half.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a small pan and roast the bay leaf in it, add the radishes to the pan, season with salt and steam with the lid closed for 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the radishes.
