Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 4 balls confectionery (Raffaello)
  • 50 g chocolate, white
  • some cinnamon powder or gingerbread spice
  • some vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk with a spoonful of cream and melt the chocolate in it. Put three Raffaellos in a nice glass, pour the milk over them.
  2. Whip the rest of the cream with a little vanilla sugar and garnish the drink nicely. On top there is some cinnamon and the fourth Raffaello for decoration.
