Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 400 g marzipan raw mass
  • 75 g powdered suar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 200 g jam (rose hips)

Instructions

  1. Knead the butter, sugar, 1 egg, salt and flour until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough to a size of 25 cm. Place on a greased tray. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Immediately cut into 5 cm wide strips.
  4. Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar. Knead in 1 egg and milk. Pour into a piping bag with a large star nozzle, squirt around the edges.
  5. Whisk the egg yolk and cream together, brush the marzipan with it. Bake for another 12 minutes.
  6. Heat the jam and fill the strips with it.
  7. Cooling down. To cut in pieces.
