Instructions

  1. It is best to place the ingredients in the bread maker in the order shown. Select the program for white bread with light crust and press start.
  2. Tip:
  3. I recommend using cold milk, it will make the mare very fluffy. If you like it even more fluffy, take lukewarm (= room temperature) milk. (My picture shows the result with warm milk.)
  4. If you want the bread sweeter, take a total of 2 packets of vanilla sugar. I vary it from time to time, depending on what I feel like.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
