Ingredients

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), peeled, thinly sliced
  • 3 tomato (s), thinly sliced
  • 1 can corn
  • 5 slices ham, cooked, cut into strips
  • 5 egg (s), hard-boiled, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, cut into fine strips

For the sauce: (mayonnaise)

  • 1 egg (s) or yolk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 ml oil, tasteless (up to 250 )
  • Lemon juice, a few splashes

For the dressing:

  • 250 ml yogurt, low-fat, sour cream, sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely, chopped
  • 1 can tuna, natural, without stock, chopped up with a fork
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda, Emmentaler, Edam), finely rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Layer the salad ingredients one after the other in a bowl in the order shown above.
  2. For the mayonnaise, put everything except the oil in a tall beaker, stir with a magic wand and gradually add the oil until it becomes thick. Now mix with the ingredients for the dressing, season well with the spices and pour over the salad.
  3. Chill for a few hours and let it steep, preferably overnight. The salad is easy to prepare and tastes wonderfully fresh.
