Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g yourt, lean, firm
  • 200 g cream cheese, natural 0.1%
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g semolina, (durum and soft wheat both o)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some lemon juice
  • 2 apples, cleaned and diced

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients, except lemon juice and apples, and stir in. Fold in the egg whites. Clean the apples and cut into small pieces.
  2. Line a springform pan with baking paper, spread the apple pieces on top, drizzle with lemon juice. Put the dough on top and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 °.
  3. Take out after 30 minutes, let sit for 8-10 minutes and finish baking.
  4. You can of course also use canned cherries or peaches without sugar. For this, however, the PPs have to be converted. With 130g sugar 43.5 PP, with 150g sugar 46 PP in total.
