Ingredients

  • 200 g mararine
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Put margarine and sugar in a bowl and stir until frothy. Mix in the flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut, then add the raisins. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
  2. Shape the dough into a roll with a diameter of 6 cm. Cut into slices about 1 cm thick and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper, leaving a generous space between the biscuits.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 8-10 minutes.
  4. Then let it cool down on the baking sheet for approx. 5 minutes. Then place on a wire rack and let cool down completely.
