Ingredients

  • 1 handful noodles (ramen noodles), or glass noodles
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • some chili powder
  • some chicken breast fillet (s), or beef, cut into small pieces
  • Beef broth, or chicken broth
  • some sesame oil
  • soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and drain.
  2. Cut a spring onion into small rings and fry in a pan until translucent, then add the meat and cook.
  3. Heat the broth, season with chilli, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Put the broth in a high bowl and place the noodles in it so that they protrude above the broth. Carefully place the mixture from the pan on top and cut another spring onion into rings, pour them over. Pour the sesame oil on top and serve.
