Ingredients

  • 500 ml curd milk
  • 100 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 200 g apricot (s), pitted

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the fruit. Put some raspberries aside.
  2. Finely puree the curd, whole milk, honey, raspberries and pitted apricots and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Then fill into 4 glasses and garnish with a few raspberries.
