Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 75 g marzipan paste
- 100 g mascarpone
- 250 g yourt, low-fat
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Roughly grate the marzipan. Mix the mascarpone, marzipan, yoghurt and sugar with the hand mixer.
- Puree the raspberries and strain them through a sieve if necessary. Add the vanilla sugar to the raspberries.
- Layer the marzipan cream and raspberry puree alternately in 2 tall or 4 small dessert glasses.
