Ingredients
- 1 can peach (s), drained
- 1 point raspberries (also frozen)
- 2 cups cream
- 500 g yourt
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- sugar, brown

- Cut the peaches into small pieces. Place in a large bowl with the raspberries.
- Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with vanilla sugar and carefully stir into the yogurt by hand. Put this mixture on the fruit. Finally sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours or even better overnight.
- The sugar forms a layer that looks like caramel and delights everyone.
- Tip: You can also use other fruits such as wild berries.
