  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° convection. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Put the flour, sugar, salt and egg in a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into flakes and knead well.
  3. Roll out the dough on baking paper and cut into strips approx. 5 cm wide. Roll up the long sides to form an edge. Brush the strips with jam.
  4. Mix lemon juice with egg white and sugar, fold in the coconut flakes and pour onto the jam.
