Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 75 g suar, brown
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g butter, cold
- 200 g jam (raspberry)
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 100 g desiccated coconut

- Preheat the oven to 160 ° convection. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the flour, sugar, salt and egg in a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into flakes and knead well.
- Roll out the dough on baking paper and cut into strips approx. 5 cm wide. Roll up the long sides to form an edge. Brush the strips with jam.
- Mix lemon juice with egg white and sugar, fold in the coconut flakes and pour onto the jam.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. The cookies should be golden yellow.
- Cut the strips into 3 cm long pieces and leave to cool on a wire rack.
