Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 1 bag raspberries, frozen

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix with sour cream and crème fraîche, chill. Top with raspberries.
  2. The chocolate-sour cream mass can be prepared the day before.
