Ingredients

  • 1 handful raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 7 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry)
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 15 tablespoon oil (sunflower)

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries in a bowl to defrost, then puree with a little water and a hand blender. Then pass through a sieve.
  2. Depending on the liquid you want, add 4-6 tablespoons of water, the sugar and the raspberry vinegar and slowly add the oil while stirring with the hand blender. To taste.
  3. The dressing should be thick.
