Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 150 g ladyfiners
  • 1 pack raspberries, frozen

Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream with egg liqueur and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Puree the raspberries and strain them through a sieve.
  2. Put 1/3 of the sour cream in a small baking dish. Layer the ladyfingers on top and brush with the remaining sour cream. Cover everything with the raspberry puree and refrigerate the dessert for 1-2 hours before serving.
