Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries (frozen), or fresh
  • sea-salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, zest it
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries and strain them through a sieve. Bring the raspberry puree with the other ingredients to the boil while stirring. Let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Pour raspberry hot sauce boiling hot into preheated jars with screw caps and close immediately.
  3. Goes well with beef hamburgers and particularly good with grilled meat.
