Ingredients

  • 400 g raspberries, (washed, can also be frozen!)
  • 400 g suar
  • 0.5 liter ½ schnapps (grain or vodka)
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the raspberries and sugar, place in a clean glass vessel, fill up with grain or vodka and close tightly!
  2. Close the lid tightly and let it rest for 4 weeks in a warm but dark place (sugar must have dissolved).
  3. Filter off / strain and fill into bottles!
