Ingredients
- 400 g raspberries, (washed, can also be frozen!)
- 400 g suar
- 0.5 liter ½ schnapps (grain or vodka)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)

- Mix the raspberries and sugar, place in a clean glass vessel, fill up with grain or vodka and close tightly!
- Close the lid tightly and let it rest for 4 weeks in a warm but dark place (sugar must have dissolved).
- Filter off / strain and fill into bottles!
